A planar realm or just realm is a place that exists on a different plane of existence.

Although moons are often referred to as a "Realm" they are not. Realms exist on a different plane of existence, while moons are simply objects orbiting around a larger body, like Cyclops. Due to the lack of space travel moons and realms both must be traveled to using alternative methods.
